As a former professional athlete, Dr. Catino brings discipline and goal orientation to her work. She applies behavioral science research and methods to all her projects. Experience with F500s has centered on strategizing with leadership on a variety of issues: process improvement (efficiency/quality), motion/time studies, competency modeling, job analysis, leadership readiness evaluations and profiles, technological interventions for HR, executive recruitment, training & development, corporate culture analysis for M&A, strategic workforce planning, metrics/KPIs, and success composites.
