The depth and breadth of her experience in operations brings added value to organizations. Dr. Catino applies behavioral science research and methods to her work.  Experience with F500s has centered on strategizing with leadership on a variety of issues: process improvement (efficiency/quality), motion/time studies, job analysis, leadership readiness evaluations and profiles, technological interventions for HR, executive recruitment, training & development, corporate culture analysis for M&A, strategic workforce planning, group metrics, and success composites.
